MOMENTS

Photographs are by definition non-verbal vehicles of communication, therefore writing about what I want to say in my photographs is somewhat counter intuitive. After all, the reason why I create photographs is because I can say things with them that I cannot say with words. 

 

But why this?

It is mostly intended for my personal consumption. There is really no goal to this. We all see things. Few can catch and hold on to the feeling of a moment without the help of photography.

Although I am attempting to exit the voyeurism of social media, there is still some ego in needing to keep a record. I am working on it here.

I am trying to not grow my footprint too much and tame my ego. These compressed JPGs  are hosted here as I am purging my cloud accounts and other devices. The images are intentionally low-res, I remember the details.

The moment matters.
